Our client is seeking an experienced Production Manager to join the Krugersdorp, Gauteng team,
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand and production targets.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth production processes.
• Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Supervise and train production staff to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Monitor and analyze production data, such as yield, downtime, and quality metrics, to identify trends and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to optimize production and minimize costs.
