Receptionist required for a Medical Dermatology Practice in
Central Durban, Musgrave

Duties include:

Welcoming / greeting patients

Telephone etiquette

Booking appointment, attending to queries

Within this role, you must know, practice and ensure that company
policies and procedures are followed at all times.

Procedure experience

Worked on EMD medical aid software before

At least 2 years’ experience as a medical receptionist,
front office representative or similar admin role

English speaking

Must be computer
literate

Grade 12

Professional attitude/ appearance

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

Well mannered
