We are seeking a well-spoken and finely mannered Front Desk Administrator to attend to and ensure the smooth operation of the front desk. The ideal candidate will have a professional and friendly demeanour, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
· Matric certificate.
· Valid Driver’s licence.
· Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role is a plus.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Proficient in using office software, including MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word and Outlook).
· Friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
· Ability to remain composed under pressure and handle challenging situations with diplomacy.
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Hard worker, willing to go the extra mile.
· Eager to learn.
