Seattle Coffee Company is seeking for an experienced, enthusiastic Head Chef who can handle working under pressure and thrives in a busy atmosphere. The interested candidate will create and inspect dishes before they arrive at the customers ensuring high quality and contentment.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Constructing menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety of servings

· Ensuring quality of food in the store

· Controlling and directing the food preparation process

· Approving dishes before they reach the customer

· Training employees on how to prepare and cook dishes

· Able to do a costing on any recipes

· Complying with the health and safety policies and procedures in the kitchen

· Ensuring functionality of the working equipment

· Recruitment and training of all kitchen support staff

· Remedy any problems or defects

· Oversee the work of subordinates
