Responsibilities : Daily supervision of project / site / office workUpdates activities throughout the projectResponsible for all matters in relation to coordination and control of construction and / or other related CE worksCoordinates on technical matters, submission and approvals of projectSubmits project reports and updates status of project progressReviews project specifications, technical drawings and variation requestMonitors quality, ensures smooth work progress, and controls budget up to finalizing accountsConducts coordination meetings with contractors, maintenance personnel and securityRequirements : Must have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and have passed the CE licensure examProficient in computer applicationsThose with outstanding academic and extra-curricular achievements will have an advantageHighly competent, self-driven and has passion for excellenceWork experience in a construction or a real estate company is an advantage.
