About Our Client

My client is a global leader in the automotive sector and focuses on electronic components in vehicles. For the Frankfurt location I am looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator (m/f/d).

Job Description
• Daily communication with customer and HQ
• Manage Pre-Series / Series / Aftersales demand and supply
• Manage critical demand and supply situation
• Monitoring PSI (Production / Shipment / Inventory) Simulation
• Manage and adjust production plan with company plant
• Manage the supply according to demand and prices
• Settle order list and process Purchase/Sales and Delivery Orders
• Manage the logistic and invoice processes &correct sales recognition
• Settle return parts, running changes, EOP, inventory and obsolete
• Manage and negotiate claimed cost and control pre-series cost
• Implement customer supply requirements (Packaging, Label etc.)
