Stream Security is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a proven track record of implementing effective HR strategies.

Responsibilities
• Manage recruitment and onboarding/offboarding processes
• Conduct performance management and provide feedback
• Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in related area
• 5+ years' experience as an HR Manager in multi-national companies
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations
