Role and Responsibilities:

1) Will be responsible for handling all marketing and sales at the domestic level and handling all marketing personnel in India.

2) Communicating with the target audiences, coordinating with the customers, and maintaining relationships with them.

3) Follow up daily with all marketing personnel relating to the generation of the business by them.

4) Develop a list of clients from all over India.

5) Reaching the targets and goals set for the area

6) Establishing, maintaining, and expanding the customer base

7) Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

8) Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole

9) Developing sales strategies and setting targets

10) Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets

11) Compiling and analyzing sales figures
