Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all activity of OH & Safety Planning Section
• Tasks related to LCI Safety & Health policy and goal establishment
• Creation, review and apply of Safety & Health related work procedure & standard document
• Oversee daily activities of team members to maintain OH & Safety Management System
• Ensure that industrial operations are in compliance with Law & Government Regulation, SMK3 and ISO 45001
• Respond to inquiries and concerns related to OH & Safety Management System
• Responsible for conducting regular risk assessments
• Generate safety & Health reports and maintain permits as per state regulations
• Work with team to develop effective safety strategies to accident prevention
• Review and recommend improvements to existing OH & Safety strategies
• Investigate safety accidents and develop action plans & prevention of recurrence
• Review and application of efficient advanced technologies to safety accident prevention
