An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Researcher/Analyst in Business Improvement.

What you will be doing?
• To undertake, analyse and where required co-ordinate research projects.
• To compile reports and other forms of feedback on work undertaken.
• To present findings on research/projects/reviews/pre-inspections in written, statistical and graphical format, making recommendations for improvement.
• To facilitate, design and undertake surveys and other forms of consultation both qualitative and quantitative. Including facilitation of group work and consultation at Force Seminars and Events.
• To train Police personnel and partners, e.g., undertake co-ordinate activity analysis studies. Inputs to police training courses on Continuous Improvement, issue guidance following improvement audits e.g., VCOP.
