Job summary

We have a permanent full time post available for a Community Staff Nurse in the Carmarthen Town Community Nursing Team within Hywel Dda University Health Board.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self motivated and suitably experienced registered nurse interested in working in the exciting and challenging area of Community Nursing.
Main duties of the job

Experience in Community Nursing is desirable for this post but not essential as full training will be provided and the post holder will be supported to develop in the role. This opportunity is suitable for someone who would like to develop their skills and knowledge whilst supported by a friendly, welcoming team.

The ability to travel between patients in a timely manner is essential.
