35 hours p/weekThe role will predominantly involve:
Providing a high-quality supported accommodation service to Veterans at risk of homelessnessProviding individualised and group support to those at risk of homelessnessEscalate and report or concerns appropriatelyLiaise with social workers/health professionals as appropriate, including participation in service user reviews.To provide transitional resettlement support to clients moving into independent accommodation
