Job Title: Care Planner

Location: Shrewsbury

Salary: £23,100pa

Hours: Full time hours, Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm with flexibility (plus on-call expectations)

We are looking for a dynamic Care Planner with solid planning and rostering experience that is matched to a flexible, enthusiastic and can-do attitude to join our Shrewsbury team.
