Job Role:

Your day to day role will be working within one of our injection molding cleanroom area. Our operators are required to operate Injection molding machines to inspect medical device components. Each machine produces around 30 different products, so, the work is varied and interesting.

Key responsibilities:

· Inspection of moulded parts.

· Checking and packing of finished products.

· Following company procedures and work instructions.

· Identifying non-conforming products and/or materials and bring them to the attention of the room supervisor or quality control inspector.

Key attributes:

· Ability to work well as a team member.

· Good concentration and attention to detail.

· Capable of following instructions.

· A good work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills.

Training:

· Full training will be given by the cleanroom supervisor for our production processes such as; Insert molding, packaging, sealing, visual inspection.
