Senior Architectural Technician - Hertford - Up to £45,000

Our client is an award winning Architectural practice whose office in Hertford delivers exceptional architectural services across the Residential, Retail and Commercial sectors.

Our client is seeking a Senior level technician with drive, motivation and residential project experience within the UK, demonstrating the ability to work alone, but also assist with managing junior levels of staff.

Tasks to be undertaken daily.
• Produce designs on small or large projects, good understanding of design constraints, be confident in producing good and varied design.
• Communicate and meet with clients discuss their projects / brief, telephone calls / emails / site meeting, have good communication skills.
• Have good knowledge of construction and be able to draw technical drawings and detailed building regulation drawings when necessary.
