Salary: £12.24 per hour plus incentives

Shift patterns can be disscussed at interview.

Shifts can be 8 or 10 hours.

The Front of House department is the one department that typically forms the first impressions our guests will get upon arrival at our property, it is of paramount importance that the reception desk runs smoothly and efficiently. As a front of house night porter, you are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and whilst also ensuring the highest levels of safety are maintained.

As a Night Porter, Some Responsibilities Include
• Ensure guests receive exceptional levels of service throughout the nighttime hours.
• Conduct regular walk rounds within the property and ensure all required areas are signed off as safe – as required and stipulated on check forms – and ensure all Health and Safety procedures are followed.
