To fulfill Pattison Agricultures' vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for a Service Writer to join our fast-paced, energetic, dealership in North Battleford, SK. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and on-time reports and records relative to the service department's operation within the dealership.

Responsibilities

This individual's responsibilities include:

Performing administrative duties

Fielding customer inquiries to the Service Department

Administration of warranty claims

Managing processes, documents and work orders related to customer requests and service department needs.

Requirements

This would be an ideal position if you have:

Previous Service Writer experience

Basic knowledge of accounting practices
