Senior RAN Engineer/RAN Manager

Requirements & Responsibilities:
• Maintain ZTE equipment, including software upgrade, equipment preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, network optimization, network planning, upgrade and handling of difficult problems, operation analysis, and collection and sorting of technical information.
• Complete engineering survey, commissioning, operation and maintenance, and equipment acceptance of ZTE equipment at the customer's site as required.
• Continuously improve the job specification and product skill level, learn and comply with ZTE's engineering and service specifications, and provide technical training for internal employees and users.
• Coordinate the customer, pre-sales, and R&D departments to communicate and solve engineering or product-related problems, and provide necessary technical support.
• Cooperate with pre-sales technical support (including product tests, presentations, bids, training, and technical exchanges).
• Good English communication skill.
