Job Summary

The Business Analyst role at MiTek will primarily be involved in strategically analyzing a range of customer and business information to ensure the most efficient, productive, and effective decision-making is being undertaken by the business in relation to people, workflow, and sales processes.

The role will work across all operational segments as well as the Human Resources, IT, and Finance Departments to collate data from various sources and report back the analysis

Using an appropriate balance of commercial acumen, critical thinking, behavioral observations, and data analytics the Financial & Operations Analyst will provide and present recommendations for continuous improvement.
