1. Sales Performance

- Achieve the agreed sales volume, value, share and contribution target for all the company products and services;

- Understand market situation, customer behavior and sales performance and plan the corrective actions;

2. Market Information and Sales Analysis

- Responsible for on time submission of monthly market report which includes stock share, price monitoring, competitor awareness, the company activities analysis;

- Provide feedback and insight from the marketplace to Regional Sales Manager;

- To actively participate to the monthly Team Solution Meeting – present sales performance, market information and recommended activity plan;

3. Customer Management

- Follow Customer Management Process and achieve the maximum co-operation from customers and efficient sales operation in assigned area through Monthly Action Plan, Account and Key Account Management, Customer Visit, Claim/complain settlement;
