**Responsibilities**Service Delivery Management:- Supporting the Service Delivery Manager, taking responsibility for the day-to-day operations of managing incidents and service request tickets raised by external customers as well as tickets raised by internal Lemongrass employees and systems from creation, through assignment to closure- Understand the SLA's and know when to escalate to ensure SLA compliance- Work with the Service Delivery manager to manage tasks and projects to the established timelines.- Perform diagnostics of tickets and their status by client and other criteria- Provide ticket analysis, reporting and follow up based on Service Level Agreements (ticket response and resolution times)- Develops and maintains schedules and facilitates operational/project tasks to completion- Coordinate cloud operations quality assurance audits and processes and tasks**Qualifications**- Prior Service Delivery Experience - Preferably in the SAP space- ITIL Foundations certification...
