Midlink M7/M8 the operators of the Midlink M7/M8 Toll Plaza and the associated Project Road are recruiting for a casual toll operator.

Casual Toll Operators will provide relief cover for full-time and part-time employees while on leave. They must be flexible and willing to work varied hours in a 24/7 operation. There are no fixed hours of work each week and hours will vary from week to week. Ability to work weekends and nights is required.

Job Description
• The collection of tolls at M7/M8 toll plaza.
• To correctly identify vehicles by class / type, to collect the appropriate tolls and to issue change and receipts as appropriate in an efficient and customer friendly manner.
• To assist in maintaining optimum traffic flow so as to minimise delay, maximise throughput and meet business targets and ensure customer satisfaction with the tolling service.
