Responsibilities:

The role entails proactively and consistently responding to inquiries from the public regarding cybersecurity issues/problems and taking appropriate actions in a timely manner.
Proactively and continuously respond to inquiries related to cybersecurity issues/problems and take appropriate actions.
Analyze raised inquiries and take necessary action based on the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
Collect relevant information and evidence to escalate issues to higher levels for effective resolution.
Prepare required reports and documentation on time.

Requirements:

Possess a Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or an equivalent qualification.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Preferably have a strong technical background in areas such as networking (including network diagrams, packet captures, OSI model, etc.), operating systems (Windows and Linux), and programming languages.
