The focus of the position will be to ensure management of all financial functions, adherence to the financial policies, requirements and systems of the organisation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the full finance function of the company.

Oversee the financial, compliance and administrative management of the organisation.

Preparation of budgets and forecasts.

Manage audits (external).

Management, which includes providing management insights, of monthly management accounts.

Assets, procurement, commercial contracts, debtors and insurance management.

Manage payroll and time & attendance.

VAT compliance and all other statutory and regulatory reporting.

Manage the Human Resources function.

Manage timeous submission of PI grants, BBBEE, EE, WSP/ATR and related reporting.

Ensuring efficient utilisation of the SAGE X3 ERP system across the business unit.

Cost and cash flow management.
