Recruitment:
Serves as the primary source for individuals inquiring about physician recruitment; providing advice and guidance on the procedures of applying for a position, explaining recruitment/relocation incentives, Education Debt Reduction program, credentialing and privileging as well as the stage of the recruitment process to include EQIP completion and pay and benefits information.
Serves as the Subject Matter Expert in recruitment and placement of Title 38 Physicians.
Utilizes multiple advertising and face to face venues to accomplish the mission to including but not limited to Career Fairs at Universities and Medical Schools, Virtual Job Fairs, Commercial Job Fairs... More Detail
