NEW HIRE SIGN ON BONUS ELIGIBLE! - $10,000 # POSITION SUMMARY: This position provides direct and indirect clinical services to all patients requiring behavioral health intervention presenting in the Manchester and Rockville General Hospital Emergency Departments. #Responsible for providing age appropriate assessment and treatment to a diverse population with multiple needs. Core skills include crisis triage and assessment, individual and family intervention, case management, community collaboration, patient/family education, insurance verification and collaboration and treatment planning and placement to appropriate level of care. As skill sets permit, may provide flexible coverage to another service within Behavioral Health on a short term basis. # EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Master#s Degree and licensure in a Behavioral Health field is required as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required or APRN or PhD.
