• Contact borrowers behind on loan payments via phone, SMS, and WhatsApp to negotiate repayment terms.
• Maintain detailed records of communication and payment agreements.

Qualifications:
• Strong customer service, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle pressure while upholding ethical standards.
• Work independently and in a team.
• 0-3 years experience required.
• (NOTE: Work requires personal Android/iOS phones.)

Location: Ojodu-Berger and Ogba

Salary: 50,000 NGN

Bonus: Weekly Bonus (this is according to you performance)
