We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to develop and execute innovative
marketing strategies that generate leads, increase brand awareness, and
researching and identifying potential clients and hiring needs, building a strong
network within the HR community, and generating consistent leads and
appointments with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Researching and identifying potential clients and hiring needs, building a strong network within the HR community.
- Finding contacts, identifying companies that are hiring, knowing who the right person is to talk to, and generating consistent leads on a weekly basis to generate appointments for the client service team and the director.
