Job Description
• Build a good relationship with clients
• Develop or grow the Water Pumps and Air Compressors market/product
• Sales planning, including execution of actions and the monitoring of results
• Work individually/or with a team of other sales associates for market activation
• Discuss with customers and technical team to determine the most suitable product types or specifications to meet client requirements
• Prepare and present to prospective customers regarding the specifications, details and advantages of the pump and air compressor products offered.
• Address special needs or constraints experienced by clients
• Make daily reports and follow up customers

Job Qualification
• Experienced in the field of Sales and Marketing
• Minimum education of D3/S1
• Have a high sense of honesty and responsibility
• Have a Driver's License
• Able to cooperate well with colleagues
• Have good negotiation and communication skills
