Customer Interaction Agent

will be the initial point of contact for customers who are looking to place orders for our various building material products.
Responsibility for customer enquiries via telephone, online and email orders from initial contact through to delivery
Providing customers with an excellent customer service experience
Completing data entry and order processing tasks
Inputting accurate customer data into the CRM system
