• Daily role includes:
• * Inspect customers’ vehicles/goods, prior to and on completion of service, maintenance or repair work.
• Undertake diagnosis of repair requirements to vehicles.
• Conduct electronic visual health checks (eVHC) on all vehicles and provide a comprehensive report with expert advice and recommendations for customers.
• Carry out vehicle maintenance and repair in a safe and efficient manner to MOT and manufacturer standards.
• Procure parts required to complete the work instructions.
