Job Description

Location: Albert Bartlett, Station Road, Worstead

As a Level 3 Production Operative you will be responsible for supporting production activity, maximising line performance and creating and monitoring operating procedures. You will also ensure 100% compliance and “right first time”, promoting best operational practice and validate the processes and equipment. You will conduct training and ensure training compliance using available resources, and provide support and expertise to all departments with a view to maximising performance, as well as any other duties as instructed by senior management.

About The Role

Level 3 Production Operatives will work to high, demanding standards. They will be responsible for delivering performance through processes and machinery, ensuring safe and cost-effective practices are adopted. They will also share their specialist knowledge with others to continuously improve efficiencies.
