As a Healthcare Assistant you will be: Providing and maintaining a high standard of care, facilitating therapeutic / meaningful activities for patients on the ward. Involved in escorting patients on out of grounds visits Liaising closely with other health and social care professionals as well as patients, relatives, and carers. Undertaking, record, and report clinical observations as directed by registered staff. Always act in a manner to promote and safeguard the interests and wellbeing of patients.
