Change Recruitment are currently recruiting an Accounts Assistant role for the UK division of an international business. This is a 12 month fixed term contract with the potential of going permanent.This role hybrid with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home, with its office currently based in Clevedon but they will be moving its offices to Stoke Gifford in Bristol in June 2024.Duties for this role include:
• Sales Ledger - Raising manual invoices, raising customer statements, cash allocation, debt chasing as required, Direct Debit management
• Purchase Ledger - Entry and payment of supplier invoices, cashbook and payment posting, supplier statement reconciliations, supplier query resolutions, employee expenses
• Monthly bank reconciliations
• Assisting with stock counts and reconciliations and managing inventory adjustments
