Who we are

HTL Windows & Doors fabricates, installs and services aluminum windows, doors and curtain walling for the Commercial sector. HTL has ambitious plans to grow its services business unit nationwide, focusing on automatic doors initially.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales for maintenance services into the Commercial sector, with a strong focus on new customer acquisition. This is either a fully remote or a hybrid position focusing on new customer acquisition across the Midlands initially and other regions thereafter.

The Role

● Achieve sales turnover and gross profits targets in-line with company objectives

● Identify, qualify, manage and close sales opportunities for maintenance contracts, focusing on new customer acquisition

● Identify new sales opportunities for the Projects team

● Manage the sales forecast & pipeline and update the CRM
