We’re now looking for a Sales Trainer to join our team in Alcester. The Sales Trainer will be instrumental in supporting our sales teams by developing and delivering effective training programs. The role comes with the responsibility to aid with the coaching and development of our sales teams, working with sales leaders on establishing and closing gaps and networking across the organisation to ensure the sales approach is aligned to the goals of the business.
