We're looking for a Pre-Construction Manager to join our Western & Wales team based in Oxford.

Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire - remote working available but expectation is minimum 60% office based with occasional travel to our Gloucester office

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

What will you be responsible for?

As a Pre-Construction Manager you'll be working within the Pre-Construction team, leading two-stage/negotiated and single stage tenders for projects ranging in value from £5m to £75m across a range of sectors, including Science & Technology Education, Commercial, Leisure and Health.

Your day to day will include:
• Lead the bid strategy from tender receipt to start on site: Contribute to and create our bid win plan, then consistently communicate this to the team throughout so that the bid is developed in line with the strategy, as well as motivate and lead a bid team
