Mission

As the Industrial Safety Manager, will be responsible for the Safety programs within our fast-paced work environment. This will include the coordination of overall health and safety for the manufacturing, assembly, and its integration of our launch vehicles.

Responsibilities
• Drive daily operations and ensure all our requirements are met in keeping with the company's objectives and attention to the safety and welfare of our employees and the environment.
• Develop initiatives that will reduce risk in the workplace.
• Develops manufacturing operating plans in accordance with company values, ethics, policies, goals and objectives. Assessing process capability, improving process control, and instilling a culture of accountability will be a primary goal for this position.
