The Production Supervisor assumes responsibility for directing, supervising, and harmonizing all operational activities within their assigned shift. Through their leadership, the team operates with precision, achieving productivity and contributing to the overall success of the operation.

This position is on the Weekend Shift - Friday to Sunday (12 hour shifts).

Key Responsibilities:
• Directs, supervises, and coordinates production employees and operations on their respective shifts.
• Ensures all employees are adhering to Element5's safety policies, manufacturing procedures, and workplace policies.
• Champion product quality, workmanship, methods, and processes to meet internal and customer requirements.
• Help develop the organization’s processes and ensure they remain legally compliant.
• Assist in managing budgets and forecasts.
