Management/Supervision/Leadership

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Supervise the work of a small team of Service Technicians ensuring work is scheduled, planned and executed to a high standard reporting any concerns to management
• Ensure that staff have the needed tools, equipment/resources and information to complete their jobs successfully.

Health & Safety
• Ensure health and safety standards of self and others are always adhered to working in compliance with the Health & Safety Act and regulations including using any equipment, protective devices or clothing required.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, tidiness, and order whilst on job sites.
• Report any known workplace hazards or violations of the Act immediately.
