Continuing Care provides care in the community through Facility & Supportive Living, Home Living, Transition Services and Specialty Programs. Specialty Programs care for community clients of all ages including newborns, children, teens, adults of all ages and those at end of life through its Children’s Home Care, Adult Day Support Programs (ADSP)/Comprehensive Home Option of Integrated Care for the Elderly (CHOICE) Programs, and Palliative & End of Life Care Programs. The ADSP/CHOICE Program is currently recruiting to the position of Clinical Operations Manager. The manager is responsible for the daily operations for and oversight of contracted service providers that operate 14 ADSPs, and 20 CHOICE Treatment Beds.
