Job Title: AM/Manager - Business analyst

The specialist position is responsible for all sort of data management, KPI tracking, cost reporting, business analysis etc.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities
• To monitor business processes and predict future requirements and/or problems
• To analyze ongoing business processes and create optimization strategies
• To modernize and automate existing system
• To collaborate with different departments to find solutions for business problems
• To handle performance monitoring and project management
• Responsible for making financial and non financial dashboards
• Cost analysis reports
• Examines raw data and give insights in making business decisions
• Develop business cases for new business requirements along with benefits and savings

Skills and Experience
• Minimum 7 years’ experience as business analysis with process improvement
• Good analytical and technical skills
• Green belt certification is preferred
