Job Title: Design Engineer – Fitness Industry – Palghar ( Wada- Factory)

Job Responsibility:
• Detail study of the material grade, properties and availability of material in market as per ISO standard.
• Researching for the best possible design in a cost-effective manner sustaining the environmental impact and safety.
• Designing the aesthetics, materials elongation, stress, strain and functionality of the Process Equipment’s as per concept design.
• Ability to Selection of materials grade, thickness, angles to full fill customer

satisfaction.
• Ability to Selection of materials grade, thickness, angles to full fill customer
• Preparation of the Equipment 3D Models and 2D drafting Drawings using solid

works & AutoCAD
• Preparation of Bill of Materials, 3D views, isometric, drafting & detailed views.
• Identifying the required tooling, dies, punches to perform work as per drawing and
