Job Summary

The Assistant Processing Plant Manager will aim at being a business partner to the Processing Plant Manager in supervising processes and staff to meet specified plant processing targets on time and at specified quality.

Specific Responsibilities
• Assist Plant Manager in organizing and managing day-to-day activities of Warehouse and Inventory.
• Manage receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
• Analyses excess and obsolete/aging inventory. Takes appropriate action for optimizing inventory performance, in collaboration with sales, marketing, manufacturing, procurement and logistics.
• Responsible for managing the 3rd party logistics partners, warehouses and ensuring that they achieve their set key performance indicators.
• Collaborate closely with the supply chain team to align warehouse operations with broader supply chain objectives.
