Responsibilities

Assist HRBP Manager to drive the deployment of HR professionalism in function including talent management and performance management, compliance, engagement activities, culture building….

Main tasks:

• Build good work relationship with business departments, familiar with business needs. Conducts regular communication/meetings with respective business units.

• Implement HR administration including prepare contracts, related documents, filing & maintaining personal records.

• Implement and supervise the process & procedure of the performance evaluation for probationary, labour extension, promotion, appointment, job transfer, termination and dismissal..

• Update and implement HR software and employee data.

• Support HRBP Manager in building & developing the working regulations and implement the HR policies and procedures.

• Implement internal & external events (Company trip, team building, year end party,…)
