Job description:
• To analyze the leaf & soil analysis data and the development of suitable fertilizer mixers matching the soil conditions, enabling the increase of the yield and the oil extraction rates.
• To collect field data & effectively review field histories and advice on replanting and other development program
• To review the harvesting & agricultural practices and advice on methods to achieve higher yields at the lowest possible cost
• To collect all relevant agronomy data, summarize them as per prescribed formats and analyze the data and investigate for any exceptions and report to the Head of Agronomy.
• The preparation of monthly progress & performance reports.
• Efficient facilitation of conducting research on harvesting techniques, spraying, weeding, pest controlling and seed germination
• Guiding and advising the management on a periodical basis on various techniques and systems to be adopted leading toward site yield potential
