Purpose of consultancy:

In order to support the Human Resources services delivery needs of the WCAR region, the HRBP team will hire an International Consultant who will support all the recruitment needs for all 22 country offices.

The consultant will work under the supervision of the Sr. HR Business Partner, and will collaborate with the overall HRBP team and regional HR focal points to carry out all recruitment activities.

The IC will be responsible for the following activities:
• Support recruitment and selection process applying best practice HR tools and mechanisms, and brief managers and project personnel on different types of contracting modalities, HR policies and benefits.
