We are looking for an IT team leader who is passionate about people and leads a team of 20 people. We have 2 open positions to lead teams: one position will be in charge of leading teams that are in charge of providing IT support to our customers and the other position will be in charge of leading developers.

Team Lead responsibilities:
• Supports personal development, coaching of employees and employee retention.
• Shows long term development opportunities including training and coaching and enforces the participation in required training.
• Support administrative leadership tasks (LEAD-IT, Salary, Vacation, and permissions) in consultation with the business streams.
