JOB SCOPE / RESPONSIBILITIES

Your job responsibilities include:

a. Generate sales lead through business sales calls to prospect customers based on the

campaigns as assigned.

b. Answer questions about products or the company.

c. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

d. Enter and update customer information in the database.

e. Produce daily sales progress update/report.

f. Cold call people using a given phone directory.

g. Identify excellent potential leads for the Sales team to close.

h. Maintain accurate customer information, leads and contacts in customer profiles (CRM).

i. Make suggestions on process improvements and participate in call center initiatives for

increased effectiveness.

j. Ready to adapt and settle into the new role quickly.

k. Maintain a positive work environment that fosters collaboration among the team member

KEY REQUIREMENT

At least 1+ years experience in Forex Sales including Telesales More Detail
