My client is looking for a Project Engineer. This position is based near Pietermaritzburg. The successful candidate will lead the effective delivery of project activities linked to the site strategic initiatives, provide specialised project support to site, define project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. The candidate will promote culture of consistently assessing risks and drive continuous improvement throughout operations whilst adhering to and promote SHERQ and food safety standards. The position reports to the Factory Manager.

Key performance areas
• Plan, structure and lead the execution of site improvement projects using appropriate processes and tools
• Identify, generate the business case, motivate, plan and manage implementation of capital projects, ensuring required economic and community outcomes are delivered on time.
